Your role
In your new role you will be the Senior Business Controller of the Dutch Supply Chain organization of Heineken. And when we say ‘Supply Chain’, we don’t talk about a small operation.
We are talking about the largest Brewery of Europe (Zoeterwoude) and another major brewery in Den Bosch.
Your new environment in figures:
- Volume produced which is more than the total beer consumed in the Netherlands.
- Over €200m fixed costs.
- More than 900 FTE’s.
You are part of a team of 4 financials in which you bring experience, a challenging mindset and a coaching mindset.
Your new team is part of a high performing finance department of around 20 FTE with a team engagement of over 90%.

Your profile
For this role we are looking for an experienced, energized and people oriented Senior Business Controller.
This brings us to the profile of our ideal candidate.
The ideal candidate:
- Has minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Business Control.
- Has experience in and gets energy from developing and coaching our financial talents.
- Is proactive and likes to continuously challenge the status quo.
- Gets energized from connecting with stakeholders.
- Is a creative, innovative and solutions oriented self-starter.
- Strong pre: In-depth knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
