Functieomschrijving
- Acts as a mentor and coach for other people team colleagues. Work independently and proactively, constantly challenging the status quo. Provides Excellence and proactive local knowledge in the market
- Collects and analyze data in order to implement solutions and initiatives
- First point of contact for employee experience related items: Employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding) , Engagement, Health and wellbeing and employee relation. Review Payroll input monthly
- Takes the lead in ensuring the right level of Advisory support is provided for employee grievances’. Intake for employee grievances when appropriate and escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies
- Gatekeeper for internal policies and creates awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools. Proactively updates policies inline with local legal updates. Perform eligibility checks for internal transfers
- Ensures proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items. Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being. Act as a support for those employees on long-term leave as well as supporting their managers through the process
- Proactively collaborates with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business. Visits Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs
