AdresAs a Senior Global Process Expert Order to Cash (OTC), you are a member of the Global Process Ownership department in which you will shape the transactional finance vision and strategy for OTC. You design end-to-end processes in close collaboration with your business counterparts in Finance, Commerce and Supply Chain and ensure process deployment and adherence in HEINEKENs Operating Companies (OpCos). You measure process maturity, conformance & performance and identify improvements with OpCos and Shared Service Centres (SSC) to further optimize business outcomes. Together with Product Owners and Digital and Technology (D&T) colleagues, you ensure that our technology solutions are covering business requirements and are facilitating the transactional processes. In this role you will report to the Global Process Lead OTC.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Global Process Expert Order to Cash you are responsible to:
- Design the global OTC process as part of the global Blueprint and ensure its deployment towards the OpCos. Monitor the process adherence against standard design and drive the reduction of process deviation with OpCos and SSC.
- Build and grow data driven insights through process performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, process maturity assessments and process mining. Enable optimization of business outcomes through improved quality, cost reduction and working capital improvements.
- Ensure that the OTC technology platforms are fit for purpose and enable the OTC process by covering the business requirements. Work closely together with global programs for deployment of these platforms across HEINEKEN.
- Work closely with the SSC network to optimize the service placement of OTC activities. Be part of (CPI) projects and initiatives to further improve the efficiency and collaboration between OpCo and SSC.
- Build internal and external networks to stay on top of new process developments and best practise sharing. Be the Global Expert for OTC.
Your profile
To be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:
- Academic background in finance, accounting or business administration, and 8+ years’ work experience, including proven experience in OTC with exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment, preferably in FMCG.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes (Credit, Collection & Dispute management, Customer Payments, Price Maintenance, and Invoicing. Knowledge of Order Management and -delivery, and commerce processes are a plus.
- Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking, but also able to dive into the details. Experience with process design & mapping, design of of process and performance indicators, and identifying process risks and controls.
- Demonstrated experience with design of Process Blueprints or Target Operating Models and organisational structures in OTC. Exposure and experience with Shared Service Centres
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicting priorities, ensuring tactical alignment. Working with- and integrating broad areas within global finance and other global functions.
