Your Role:
As the Service Project Leader, you spearhead projects to ensure the serviceability level of newly developed products meets the required standards.
You lead and manage project teams, overseeing resource allocation, process development, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and effective service & solution delivery.
This role involves active participation in defining and executing departmental strategies aligned with BU strategic goals.
You translate objectives into actionable projects, fostering team ownership and accountability within the service & solution delivery innovation team.
