As a Calibration/Repair cell Supervisor at Fluke Netherlands BV you are responsible for leading a team of technicians within our calibration and repair department. Knowledge of electronics is necessary to lead and supervise the work of the team.
You are familiar with Lean processes and Kaizen, and you know how to apply these methodologies to improve our processes and make them more efficient. In addition, you are well acquainted with office packages to create and manage reports and work plans.
People leadership skills are very important in this position, as you are responsible for motivating, coaching, and guiding the team to achieve the set goals.
You are responsible for drawing up and monitoring KPIs for the cells and ensuring that deadlines are met. On-time delivery is the most important KPI here. (Repairs and) calibrations on all kinds of test and measurement products at traceable and accredited levels will also be part of the job.
This work is done in a team that takes care of good results for our customers, we target to have 95% of all repairs and calibrations back to the customer within 5 working days.
As our Eindhoven lab is the main service lab in Europe we service all customers in EMEA that require service and support on their test and measurement equipment

In the Eindhoven lab, we have 40 technicians of all kinds of nationalities, it is a great team that with the help of a strong logistic team is managing strong growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and independence in working.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Being a team player.
- People leader experience.
