The Talent Management Project Manager directly impacts building and scaling Cornerstone’s talent programs - together we advocate for Cornerstar growth and development.  

This role is for someone who believes we can all be better tomorrow than we are today. Someone who loves creating people-first experiences, committed to building a workplace where everyone can learn and grow, and is a relentless problem solver.   This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Management & Development and will work closely with the People Leadership team and senior leadership.

As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the administration, of strategic initiatives and programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate Talent Management programs aligned with the company's objectives and values. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of Talent Management best practices.

In this role you will…

  • Implement new and manage existing Talent Management programs, including but not limited to performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee all aspects of established programs (Gig, Mentorship, Professional Development, and other programs) to ensure effective and efficient administration and implementation including system-based configurations, communications, and tracking.

  • Equip leaders and the Partnership & Advisory team with the resources they need to effectively conduct Development Conversations and Talent Reviews (9-Box), including system administration, training, communication, and reporting.

  • Curate, create, and upkeep all program resources including short videos, PowerPoint decks, training documents and other collateral.

  • Collaborate with leaders, People & Advisory colleagues, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of Talent Management initiatives.

  • Gather and utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of Talent Management programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.

  • Ensure an inclusive approach is applied to programs, diversity is embedded in all practices and equitable opportunities exist for all

  • As needed, participate in taskforces across the People Team to measurably improve the employee experience, including the recommendation and implementation of initiatives to enable improved development, performance and productivity.

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • A minimum of 3 years direct experience in administering or leading cross-functional talent development programs or extensive Human Resources generalist experience.

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

  • Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and video collateral materials with tools like Vyond, Canva, Camtasia and/or Adobe.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Working knowledge and experience utilizing online learning tools and technology such as Cornerstone products.

  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations.

An extra dose of awesome if you have…

  • A certification such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

  • Prior experience working with the Cornerstone products; Succession, Performance and Learning preferred.

  • Excellent time management & project management skills.

  • Proven experience leading global initiatives.
