Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Expert: Craft engaging correspondence for past-due accounts and collections in both English and French.
- Insightful Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on customer account status to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the Collections Manager and other team members to research discrepancies and reconcile Accounts Receivable.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (B2+) and French (C2) are mandatory.
- Utilize your minimum 1 year of Collections and/or AR experience to manage past-due accounts effectively
- You have to be available right away.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across departmental functions to achieve common goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
