Our client is looking for a Business Controller with a background in transaction services. Experienced in M&A projects and financial due diligence.

Description

1. Evaluate financial information and offer valuable insights to the management team.
2. Keep track of and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Work closely with various departments to uncover business insights and formulate recommendations for management.
4. Assist in financial due diligence for M&A transactions.

Profile

1. Master's degree in Finance or related field.
2. 4-8 years of experience in business controlling / transaction services, or similar experience
3. Experience in Big Four transactional services
4. Experience working in a private equity-based environment.
5. Good knowledge of Power BI and dashboarding and data analysis experience.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to deliver quality output in a fast-pace environment (potentially time-pressured)
9. Curious, self-starting, and team player
