What will you do:

  • Support the Sales Team, Customers and Partners with the whole order process
  • Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Ensure information is up to date in the system and provide updates about orders & information about products
  • You will communicate a lot in writing and therefore accurate and professional communication skills are important

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • Customer oriented and enjoy helping and supporting customers and colleagues
  • 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in an international company
  • Familiar with SAP & Salesforce use for order management
  • Understanding of commercial and administrative processes
  • Adaptable, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French
  • Background or affinity with biology would be a plus

Salary Benefits:

  • Full time position (40 hours per week) for a long term
  • Initial contract 1 year
  • Option to work 50% remote after completion of training
