What will you do:
- Support the Sales Team, Customers and Partners with the whole order process
- Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
- Ensure information is up to date in the system and provide updates about orders & information about products
- You will communicate a lot in writing and therefore accurate and professional communication skills are important
Requirements:
Who you are:
- Customer oriented and enjoy helping and supporting customers and colleagues
- 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in an international company
- Familiar with SAP & Salesforce use for order management
- Understanding of commercial and administrative processes
- Adaptable, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German
- Background or affinity with biology would be a plus
Salary Benefits:
