Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.
Our Technical Delivery Managers oversee the management of key EPAM client relationships, taking a technically 'hands-on' approach to defining and delivering solutions and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will be working with our proficient design, development and technology teams, where enthusiasm drives excellence and innovation propels progress. Projects range from 20-100 people with typical large-scale clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be accountable for the overall project deliveries to EPAM's clients in the Oil and Gas sector, ensuring client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring the work is on strategy, on time and within budget
Ensure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per the selected delivery model
Build up delivery plans along with estimations on timeframes, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully deliver projects
Communicate effectively with clients at multiple levels of authority, from executives to individual contributors, in multiple areas from business to I.T
Provide contributions to pre-sales efforts for existing and potential clients, including delivery excellence and approach, articulation-related service offerings and EPAM's understanding of energy business processes
Contribute to training preparation and delivery on related topics, for both external and internal audiences
Work effectively with teams to gather and understand client pain points, needs, culture and aspirations
Develop a strategic roadmap based on customer needs and pain points
Support industry conferences and events, representing EPAM
Build expertise in data-related concerns of renewables and energy transition, including data types, sources, standards, challenges and relevant use cases

Experience and Skills
REQUIREMENTS
Practical experience in delivering projects at scale
Minimum 5 years in upstream oil and gas, including roles and activities such as enterprise data management, covering data types such as wells, deviation surveys, logs, seismic, core, GIS data types, operations reports, reservoir models and production volumes
Business Analysis for business process mapping using tools like Visio, Draw.io, etc
Good understanding of various delivery approaches, well-versed in agile
Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with industry data standards such as those of PPDM, Energistics, PWLS, SEG, OSDU and IOGP
Business Analysis for E&P application integration, particularly data mapping between data models
Experience working with E&P professionals such as Geoscientists, Engineers, Landmen and Regulatory Professionals
Preferred education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in any field, especially preferred in fields of Data Management, Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Management, Petroleum Engineering, MIS, or Computer Science
