Our client has over 50 stores spread across the EMEA region and in this Facility Coordinator position, you are responsible for preserving good conditions of all of them and ensuring all facilities are safe and well-functioning. You will be the liaison between third party maintenance and H&S partners and the business.
This is a temporary role for 12 months and you will be on a fixed term contract with our client. Being extended is a possibility. In this role your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work together with all partners making sure EH&S requirements are deliverd in all EMEA retail fleets;
- Manage all maintenance contracts across retail stores and relations with the suppliers;
- Plan and coordinate all installations in new stores and refurbishments with the store development team;
- Responsible for inspections for all premises to identify the needs for repairs or renovations;
- Control and supervise other activities such as waste disposal and building security;
- Interact with EH&S regulatory agencies and submit agency reports when applicable.
The salary for this role depends on the knowledge and experience you bring and ranges from €4100 - €4300 gross per month, exclusive of holiday pay. I am happy to tell you more about the fringe benefits in a personal interview.

* Proven working experience in a similar role as Facility Coordinator;
* Experience with and knowledge of EH&S best practices is a plus;
* Verbal and written skills in English;
* Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
