Responsibilities:
- As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements creating functional specifications and leading a team of analysts.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Additionally, you will oversee the development and implementation of business processes and systems ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Help to run a use cases-based RFP lite for some software.
- Gather use cases from stakeholders.
- Help create scoring template.
- Collate all data and facilitate sessions to decide on which tools we want to go with Demos are expected to be in person which will run for 3 to 4 days, and person is expected to travel only for these dates if he is not California based.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Project management skills including planning scheduling and execution.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships.
- Understanding of software development and RFP processes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900 - $129,300 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
