An exciting opportunity to join our People Team: INDG Grip is looking for an Office Manager / Team Assistant!
Over the past year we have been growing, a lot. Not only do we work from our Amsterdam and Bucharest office, but we’ve also built a team of talent working from all over the globe (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil...). Personal connections are very important to us, and we’re looking for someone that shares this value. Someone who’s not only able to execute the daily tasks, but someone who also understands how to surprise our people with small gestures, with Christmas packages, or with special (remote) events. All in all, this job is versatile and requires you to work with many different people, doing many different tasks.
You are responsible for the daily operations in our Amsterdam office. Probably one of the first ones in the office, making the place look and feel neat, ensuring healthy (and unhealthy) snacks, keeping the office tidy and think about ways we can make the office feel creative and look nice.
You’ll be part of our People Team reporting into the Head of People. In our team we believe in team efforts to drive happiness and new ideas. With your energy, great people skills and fab ideas you’ll drive the vibe of the office, making it an all-round great place to be.
