The Position
As the Senior Manager, Leadership Development and Organizational Capabilities in the EMEA region, you will be a highly visible subject matter expert (SME) in Leadership Development and Organizational Capabilities. You will also serve as a senior program manager and partner, contributing to the design and implementation of talent development initiatives that align with our global PVH strategy and business needs.
In this global matrix role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to Leadership Development and Organizational Capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Talent for EMEA Offices, you will play a critical role in translating business strategies into leadership and Organizational Capabilities, enabling PVH to achieve its goals and make a positive impact on the marketplace as a company that is growing brands that will help us drive fashion for good.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to translate the PVH strategy and business needs into (leadership) capabilities , linking skills/knowledge to business strategies and critical audiences to be supported.
Conduct cyclical learning needs analysis for the EMEA Office population to identify, address, and consolidate (leadership) capability needs across EMEA, while considering global scalability.
Collaborate with the Global Center of Expertise (COE) to determine the optimal sourcing or building strategy and build or source learning programs that are globally scalable and align with the identified (leadership) capability needs of the EMEA Office population.
Organize and lead regular regional Talent Development (TD) meetingswith EMEA market HUBs to review program usage and collect feedback, ensuring a global perspective and sharing best practices.
Provide feedback, advice, and insights from the EMEA region to the global Center of Expertise (COE) to shape and enhance global solutions and to ensure that they are well-formed and aligned with the unique needs of the EMEA region.
Develop a communication plan to promote the current learning offerings for the office population and utilize available communication channels to promote learning offerings across EMEA.
Create and review regional contracts with training vendors who deliver EMEA Office talent development programs and collaborate with those vendors to review program dashboards and identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and impact of the offerings, and alignment with global standards.
Create and manage all EMEA leadership programs for the office population in the Workday system, and manage the enrollment process for learning activities managed by AMS EHQ, ensuring smooth and efficient participation.
Collect and collate feedback on talent development programs from the EMEA Office population to assess program effectiveness, and regularly publish the Learning dashboard to relevant stakeholders, providing insights into learning outcomes and impact.
Establish the yearly budget for EMEA Office leadership offering, and raise purchase orders (POs) for all learning activities managed by AMS EHQ, ensuring adherence to the PVH Purchase-to-Pay process.
Provide consultation, guidance, and thought leadership on matters that drive a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
The Ideal Candidate
A minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Sciences, Management Studies, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Previous related work experience of a minimum of 10 years, of which a minimum of 5 years in Leadership Development & Organizational Capabilities
Strong understanding of leadership and Organizational capability development principles and practices, and proven experience in connecting business needs to designing and implementing talent development programs
Builds constructive relationships quickly – great senior stakeholder management skills
Solid business acumen and ability to translate strategy goals and industry trends into capabilities
Certification in instructional design is a plus, strong facilitation skills are a must
Has worked previously in an international matrix organization, in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent project- and program management skills; able to oversee and drive multiple projects simultaneously and independently, experience in driving large programs for a multi-country environment
Has a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying relevant in their field by actively seeking out new knowledge and skills to remain up-to-date and ahead of industry trends
Used to an agile way of working, focusing on the needs of the end-consumer and using feedback loops to iterate the minimum valuable product
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial processes
