Product Lead - Digital & Ci - Payments & Trust

Your Impact

• Craft and steer an exceptional end-to-end digital customer experience for our 15 million customers across ING Retail markets
• Lead ±10 Customer Journey Experts, setting strategic direction and prioritizing innovative features in the Payments & Trust domain
• Ensure 24/7 availability, delivery top-notch customer experiences and drive continuous innovation in a rapidly evolving domain

Your Product

• You will be responsible for payment-related features in the mobile banking app, such as transferring money, mobile payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay / Garmin Pay), card management and orders
• Next to that you oversee all trust-related mobile features such as app enrollment and fraud prevention.
• Given the international reach and diverse customer segments of our mobile banking app, your product requires intense international collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Australia and Germany, contributing to global impact.

Your Team

• The Mobile Banking App & Web channel is delivered by a team of 5 Product leads, divided over 2 Product Areas which are led by Product Area Leads
• You will report into the Product Area Lead Payments & Core - next to your product this area contains the Foundation product with platform squads and core functionalities of the mobile app & web channel.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Previous Experience in Product Management & delivery of Mobile (banking) features
• A proven track record in steering digital delivery, data-driven decision making and setting and execution a product road map
• Previous experience in people management and managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder manager, experience in managing stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities and agendas
• You have a Masters Degree
• Fluent in English
