DHL Global Forwarding (Norway) AS is now looking for an to experienced Project Logistic Coordinators.
The positions report to our Head of Industrial Projects, Norway. As a Project Logistic Coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily operation and you will have the responsibility for the full range of operational tasks, such as:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Arrange and book supplier capacity in connection with shipments and projects.
- Arrange with delivery and pickup and finalize bookings.
- Optimize bookings and timely invoicing.
- Creation and handling of required documents according to regulations and internal procedures.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and act in case of deviations.
- Pricing.
- Fulfill our customers KPI.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers and key suppliers.
- Contribute to optimalization of internal processes across departments.
- Interact with Industrial Projects Global as needed.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Experience with projects logistics
- Experience with Transport Management Systems
- Excellent in Office365
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
