Our experts provide relevant expertise and experience within their domain combined with deep knowledge of the MuleSoft product stack and the broader ecosystem.
About You
As a Sr. MuleSoft Technical Integration Program Manager, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to act as domain experts and drive the design of practical and innovative solutions across industries. We seek someone who communicates clearly and confidently, leading technical briefings and business requirements gathering sessions.
- Sr Technical Integration Program manager with 15+ years of experience leading and delivering large Technical Integration and Migration programs/Projects.
- Very good understanding of the MuleSoft product stack
- Lead stakeholder communications
- Lead resources among projects, provide direction and support to the project team
- Analyze, Manage, and mitigate risks and changes
- Prepare Weekly Progress reports for Stakeholders, Program directors
- Program governance, Monitor program activities, Track program progress, Assessing program performance
- Develop, Track, and Manage Program Plan, Scope, Deliverables, and timelines using appropriate tools
- Lead Program budget

Employee Status: Full-Time Employee

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – 200,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
