In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Drive the Sales Excellence and CSM program for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy) Services & Solutions in order to secure and enhance customer acquisition, success and retention as foundation for our overall growth.

As the sales excellence and CSM lead, you are responsible to improve customer acquisition and -success efforts for Services and Solutions as part of the integral offer, while aspiring to enhance the sales channel collaboration along the existing and to be created customer touchpoints. In doing so, you will facilitate the training, enablement and support of sales teams on CRM- (SFDC) and CSM methodologies, processes and tools.

Your role

  • The Sales Excellence and CSM planning and execution for Services and Solutions.

  • Facilitating the training, enablement and support of sales teams on CRM- (SFDC) and CSM methodologies, processes and tools.

  • Collecting and analyzing sales excellence maturities and create and deploy lead- and funnel mngt through marketing and sales programs

  • Create and roll out Customer Succes playbooks for different Sources of business (a.o. Education)

  • Start up retention and growth programs from an SE perspective, inclusive to journey mapping, progress and adoption reporting, CSM

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Cust Success tools, supported by playbooks and process embedding

You are a part of

You will report into the Commercial Mngt and Operations Performance leader for IGT-S Services & Solutions, and are part of IGT-S BDM team.

In the BDM team you will work closely with your market counterparts, Business Development Managers in the markets and regions, Product Marketing managers, Program – and Productivity Managers, and service delivery performance managers.

The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” and “results driven” mentality. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferably a MSc., in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing

  • 5-10 years experience in (CRM) marketing or a commercial role

  • Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with Cust. Succes mngt

  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs

  • Self-starting mentality, structured, analytically strong and results driven.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.

  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 10%.
