Vorm van werk In this role you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of Supply Chain operations for clinical and commercial pharmaceuticals. Your tasks will include managing end-to-end drug supply strategies, overseeing vendor relationships, and handling inventory for clinical trials and commercial sales. You'll also lead planning cycles, engage in forecasting and reporting, and drive improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain efficiency. Collaborating closely with clinical/commercial teams and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you'll contribute significantly to maintaining Merus' leading edge in pharmaceutical Supply Chain management.

- Execute and develop our Supply Chain Operations such as end-to-end drug supply strategies for investigational medicinal products (IMP), comparator drugs, and necessary equipment, ensuring seamless clinical trials and commercial operations.
- Focusing on the commercial management of our upcoming products, i.e. vendor management for drug substance, drug product, labeling & packaging activities.
- Manage monthly demand and supply planning cycles, including forecasting, analytics, and reporting to facilitate stakeholder reviews.
- Responsibility for inventory management across clinical and commercial activities.
- Lead and manage improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain capabilities, ensuring Merus remains at the cutting edge of Supply Chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Work closely with clinical teams to manage drug supply events, contribute to system development (e.g., IRT), and engage in vendor selection and management.
- Ensure all operations adhere to Merus’ SOPs and GXP regulations, providing timely and accurate reporting on supply status and performance.
