As an Export Sales Representative you will familiarize yourself in the first three months with our clients products by collaborating with your colleagues in the export/dealer team, who serve as the point of contact for our customers throughout Europe. These customers are (online) wholesalers with inquiries about everything related to purchasing and delivering professional catering equipment. It ranges from advice to delivery and from commercial queries to general support. All equipment is from their own brand so they will easily help you acquire knowledge about it.Customer inquiries come in through phone calls, emails, or the ticketing system. You are expected to handle these inquiries with maximum care and a friendly attitude, possibly coordinating with other departments such as our technical service. They strive to provide the customer with a solution as quickly as possible. They truly value "First Time Right."Outbound customer contact is just as important: you follow up on quotes and inform existing customers about new products. There is also a lot of communication with colleagues from other departments when you have a question for your customer. So, there is plenty of variety!After the three-month onboarding period, you will regularly visit existing and new dealers in Eastern Europe to showcase opportunities for growth and discuss what our company, as a brand and manufacturer, can do (better) for dealers. This can also entail inviting dealers to our large showroom in Mijdrecht, where all our products are displayed, and where you will have the opportunity to proudly provide a comprehensive explanation of our assortment. Additionally, you will meet our dealers at various international trade shows where we exhibit our products.The main tasks include:

  • Retaining, growing and liaising with our dealer network
  • Following up on leads and quotes, and informing dealers about new products and services
  • Conducting analyses on a country and customer level to enable us to recognize and capitalize on opportunities
  • Inviting dealers to visit out showroom
  • Contributing to and overseeing process and product improvements
  • Visiting dealers to discuss possibilities on-site
  • Working with the team to ensure smooth order processing and maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Has an excellent knowledge of Russian and English (an extra language is an advantage)
  • Has had experience in a similar role
  • Has received at least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) and can work and think at that level
  • Has experience with customer support: both in a commercial and service-oriented capacity.
  • Is available for 36-40 hours per week
  • Living in the Netherlands (close to the office) and having a valid work permit are must haves

Salary from: €2.750,-Salary to: €4.000,-The salary indication is based on a 40-hour work week.
