Working within our Sales team for the Electrification Business, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

This position reports to

Area Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.
  • Supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them.
  • Defining appropriate forecasts and preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development for Switchboard, PanelBoard, Disconnect Switch, Lighting Panel & Transformers.
  • Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
  • Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team.

Your background

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
  • 4+ years of experience working in similar positions.
  • Must be living or relocating to Monterrey, Mexico
  • Sales Experience.
  • Knowledge of Electrical products, knowledge of Switchboard, PanelBoard, Disconnect Switch, Lighting Panel & Transformers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Availability to travel (60%).
