Day in the Life of the EMEA ChannelContracts Business Support/Project Specialist
EMEA ChannelContracts Business Support/Project Specialist, you are responsible for the Contract Management tasks within the EMEA Sales Operations organization. You are supportive when it comes to creating, updating, and terminating distribution contracts in the system, generating discount addendums, and getting these signed and distributed. Your support is key when it comes to the maintenance and accuracy of the data. Also, you support the Director, Process innovation team, and the Sales Operations team with upcoming requests and projects. Responsibilities
Contract Management for all 1Fluke EMEA distribution partners
Setting up /terminating distributors in the internal contract database
Changing (Issuing) discount addendums
Maintenance of the internal contract database
Run and improve current processes that are in place (for instance for the internal Contract Management database)
Support the EMEA Sales Operation team in daily business
Extensive liaison with other people in the company who are involved with project coordination, contracts, compliance, logistics, finance, and suppliers.
Oracle discount modifier load file generation and various activity in Oracle

The Channel Contracts Business Support/Project Specialist is part of the EMEA Sales Operations team. Experience
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of work experience in an international Sales and/or Marketing organization
Required language skills: English and preferably another European language
Required computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel – advanced user and Word)
Personal Skills
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
Passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships
Energy and drive with the ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment
