Job Summary:

If so, we are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and forward-thinking team member to join Oracle’s Global Deal Management Systems – Emerging Technology Operations team.
The ideal candidate should be able to successfully manage a diverse project backlog, interact and lead partner engagements, maintain a growth mindset, excel in an environment with shifting priorities, and have analytical competence to dive into details with the larger goal in mind.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Help manage and support key programs (DocuSign, Oracle Guided Learning, CASH (Customer Deal Acceptance))
Provide regular project updates to leadership & partners.
Liaise within team to provide updates to system and process resources.
Lead and coordinate activities with leadership and staff to review project and key operational results (Monthly Project Reviews and Quarterly Operational Reporting)
Work with multiple internal operations groups to deliver projects.
Promptly identify project risk factors and address appropriately.
Educate business users on global processes.
Resolve raised issues diplomatically.
Detailed Description:
Validate and Understand project management processes to plan and Implement programs.
Drive adoption of new projects, processes, and procedures through highly impactful communications.
Reinforce desired behavior through engaging and creative communication strategies.
Ability to think big picture and then quickly adjust to understanding what needs to be done to achieve it.
Ability to adjust priorities and shift project focuses as business needs change.
Represent Global Deal Management processes and systems project management by being a go-to person for projects and initiatives.
Ability to provide regular status readouts to business partners and leadership (using Zoom, Confluence, Jira, and PowerPoint)
Capable of working independently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and deliver great solutions to the business.
Experience working with change management to accelerate user adoption and improve results.
Collaborate real-time with global operations and product development resources to ensure the timely release of high-quality results in accordance with the strategic goals and timelines set by executives.
In addition, applicants should possess the following:
Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies to help transform business.
Ability to navigate shifting business priorities while balancing multiple projects and tasks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to analyze data and/or process to propose efficiency gains.
Capacity to assess situations objectively and take strong positions when necessary.
7-10 plus years relevant work experience
