IMPO Senior Project Manager
(pre-selected candidate)
We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager to providing PM expertise to Finance IMPO, evaluating and selecting innovative solutions for finance processes, and actively driving project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead/Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of projects across various workstreams partnering with global teams and functions
Support project execution in a fast-paced environment
Build detailed project plans, lead projects as per schedule by identifying & managing conflicts, resources, risks, timelines and budget
Provide updates to leadership throughout project execution and manage project portfolio
Implement project governance, documentation and metrics
Facilitate communication and alignment among IMPO, global teams and technical teams
Lead detailed process and activity analysis, identify opportunities and interdependencies, and translate to actionable proposals
Prepare effective communication material for workshops, stakeholder engagements and training material for change management
Develop, implement, and maintain control matrix. Maintain procedures and control documentation
Qualifications
At least 5 year experience in a similar role in a structured context
Project Management certification (PMI-PMP, JnJ FPX, etc)
Strong finance and compliance background (Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent), with good knowledge of US GAAP/SOX
Experience working in an ERP environment (SAP, S4/Hana)
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization
Highly motivated and organized individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving attitude, sense of urgency
Enthusiasm, positivity and energy
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must

Location: IMPO PMO is a diverse team based in different J&J locations. We primarily work remotely with up to 10% travel requirement for F2F meetings. You can be based in any EMEA location where J&J has an established presence.
