Functieomschrijving
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations relating to creative design e.g., conducting site walks, issuing/tracking PO’s, creating/dispatching/closing work orders, interfacing with internal Stakeholders (e.g., Shop & Function Leads, Security, etc.) as well as overseeing external suppliers
- Develop and execute creative design projects aimed at improving and growing our facilities, enhancing our employees’ on-site experience, and supporting critical business needs
- Identify needs and areas of improvement and develop the project lifecycle from initial stage through planning, design, and execution and ensuring all creative design projects align with Tesla’s ethos, employee experience standards and safety requirements and successfully oversee all aspects of the creative design project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize project progress
- Engage stakeholders and those affected by the creative design project to ensure they understand and approve the coming changes and how it will impact them and prepare reports for key stakeholders and site leadership regarding the status of the project and manage selection and procurement of design finishes that align with overall project goals as well as Tesla design standards
- Develop the project budget, manage how the funds are allocated and incorporate change orders as well as creation and management of quarterly/annual purchase orders and manage invoices and payments
- Drive developments, improvements and efficiencies as well as drive vendor contract management (KPI, SLA, competitive prices, renegotiate extension and performance, onboarding, set up expectations, support with guidelines and internal processes)
- Lead and execute all incoming requests for Tesla workplace topics and manage and own prompt resolution of escalations related to all repair/maintenance requests and recurring services within our workplace locations and creation and management of quarterly/annual purchase orders and manage invoices and payments
Verzoek
- Relevant experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Services, and/or closely related function relating to hospitality or project management
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction
- Enthusiasm for exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvements in creating an attractive workplace and seamless workplace operations
- Understanding for Tesla’s vision to be translated into innovative workplace initiatives and resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments
- Excellent communication skills, with business level fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
