The Team

The Inclusion and Diversity function is a small team within the HR function, and we have a holistic approach to diversity. We partner throughout the business to design and embed programs, processes, and policies that foster a Culture of Inclusion; drive innovation in the marketplace and in our

The Position

We are seeking an influential and experienced Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) professional to drive our Workplace pillar work and partner with various departments to execute against the PVH I&D strategy. You’ll use your skills to work both across the business as well as deep dive with specific teams within HR to help them apply I&D best practices.

The Senior ManagerInclusion & Diversity, Workplace will lead workplace pillar change initiatives and programs to foster a Culture of Inclusion. In this role you drive I&D solutions to increase representation, I&D learning and drive employee engagement across all our offices and stores in Europe for a population of 11.000. You will provide an I&D lens to HR policies, programs, benefits and services to ensure that they are applied equitably and fairly to all populations within PVH. In this role you report directly into the Senior Director, I&D

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR team to drive change in HR policies and Talent practices through the I&D lens, including talent sourcing, selection, succession, promotion, pay practices and development and ensure all programs are equitable and fair.

  • Manage and progress the Talent Practice Review (TPR) opportunities and the development of the TPR roadmap.

  • Work closely with HRBP’s ( HR Business Partners) and CoE’s (Center of Excellences) within HR to identify programs & action plans that deliver I&D impact.

  • Develop and lead internal programs that increase representation across our organization.

  • Advise, design and support the roll out of Inclusive Hiring practices, e.g. Interview Guides, Job description templates.

  • Advise and develop tools and resources that drive Inclusive Leadership Behavior and support building People Manager capabilities.

  • Ensure continuous education of the organization on I&D. Partner with talent development and external resources on the delivery of I&D learning. Such as Unconscious Bias, Cultural Awareness Training etc.

  • Partner with EMEA Business Resource Group (BRG)Manager to drive a Culture of Inclusion.

  • Manage the implementation and progress on the PVH I&D Commitments for EMEA.

  • Development of the EMEA I&D Data Roadmap and lead Diversity Data reporting incl KPI setting.

  • Lead the bi-annual EMEA Self Identification survey and reporting.

  • Facilitate workshops & internal events that educate our associates and our leaders across EMEA.

  • Partner with our HR Communications team to ensure connected, cross-cultural and engaging I&D messaging internally

  • Consult and support with research on benchmarks and I&D external practices to support business request.

  • Utilize our I&D Strategic Partnership and Memberships, and work with I&D partners such as Workplace Pride, Fashion Minority Alliance, United Nation Gender Equality etc to increase and leverage knowledge, expertise and provide benchmarks.

  • Bring innovative solutions to broaden our I&D initiatives and drive measurable business results

  • Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the I&D team as a trusted Subject-Matter Advisor

  • Think big to identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective

  • Lead change enablement activities using a structured methodology; creatively adapt to best resonate with our stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources, diversity, or organizational development designing and delivering I&D programs, including talent and culture programs

  • Track record driving measurable business outcomes through I&D solutions

  • Proven knowledge of principles, methodology within I&D

  • Advanced change and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs. Experience effectively partnering with business teams to build programs and strategies

  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently

  • High level of comfort using data-driven decision making

  • Ability to think strategically and programmatically

  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner

  • High EQ / interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions

  • Good organization skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple tasks
