Are you an expert in Pharmaceuticals and/or Biotech?
We are hiring for a Senior Manager in EPAM’s Life Sciences Consulting practice. This is a newly created role and you will have the strategic responsibility to fortify our business offering across Europe, focusing on Pharma and BioTech sector.
Senior Managers at EPAM are domain experts in Life Sciences who are responsible for project delivery, pre-sales activities and business development. If you’re curious and keen to keep learning, this would be a great environment for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop expertise in EPAM products for diverse customer needs
Lead pre-sales and sales activities using expert knowledge in Life Sciences to assess opportunities and help secure deals
Provide guidance to the consulting teams and coordinate with senior leadership for devising account plans
Lead consulting engagements by creating detailed project plans, managing activities and providing feedback to team members and stakeholders
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, offering alternative recommendations to ensure objectives are met
Utilize strong client management skills to build relationships with senior to executive-level stakeholders
Oversee the development of client and internal presentations, workshops and work products across all workstreams
Drive the design of new business processes, conduct user review sessions and organize stakeholder agreement meetings, while proactively anticipating and mitigating risks and providing guidance to junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
At least 8 years of experience working within Life Sciences (Pharma and/or Biotech) in a specific domain e.g. Commercial, Sales Force Effectiveness, R&D, Supply Chain/Manufacturing etc.)
At least 3 years of Management Consulting experience or similar environment
Experience managing IT services projects and leading/supporting cross-functional workstreams as needed
Strong understanding of how to apply emerging technology solutions to Life Sciences processes and business challenges
Ability to multi-task and support client work while being able to help drive internal Business Consulting initiatives
Fluent Dutch and English
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working within the following therapeutic areas (oncology, depression, Alzheimer’s, sleep medicine, cardiometabolic diseases) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree/advanced education within Life Sciences
