ONEgas East omvat alle offshore gasvelden in de zuidelijke Noordzee binnen de NAM. ONEgas is een belangrijke leverancier voor de Nederlandse gasmarkt en voorziet in een aanzienlijk deel van de lokale gasvraag. ONEgas East is een van de grootste en technisch/commercieel complexe assets.

Geografisch gezien bestrijkt het geëxploiteerde actief van NAM offshore de zuidelijke Noordzee in NL en het Verenigd Koninkrijk met verschillende pijpleidingsystemen die aansluiten op de Bacton-gasfabriek in het Verenigd Koninkrijk of de gascentrale in Den Helder in Nederland. Met de blik op de toekomst bereidt ONEgas/Den Helder zich voor op de kansen van de energietransitie in de (nabije) toekomst.

De Den Helder Gas Behandeling Installatie (GBI) bestaat uit 3 installaties: Hical, Local, NOGAT en een gemeenschappelijk systeem voor de behandeling van aardgascondensaat. In totaal zijn er 9 gasbehandelingstreinen, condensaatfractionering, opslag- en laadfaciliteiten (steiger), freonkoelunits, H2S-behandeling, een lokale gascompressor, offgascompressoren en gemeenschappelijke nutsvoorzieningen.

Wat is de rol?

Als Senior Operations Technician (E/I) gespecialiseerd in elektrische of instrumentatie, speel je een cruciale rol bij het veilig uitvoeren van elektrische werkzaamheden (zowel hoogspannings- als laagspanningsinstallaties) en instrumentatietaken. Je voert complexe onderhouds-, inspectie- en testwerkzaamheden uit. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op elektrotechnische en instrumentatie gerelateerde activiteiten van derden bij Den Helder plants van de GBI. Alle werkzaamheden worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de voorschriften en geldende werkinstructies.

Let op: we hebben (4) vacatures voor Senior Operations Technician (E/I) op basis van reguliere (lokale) arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Fungeert als rolmodel voor HSE-gedrag inclusief het melden/opvolgen van (potentiële) incidenten en/of onveilige situaties

• Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse elektrische en instrumentatieactiviteiten, de korte- en langetermijnintegriteit van alle elektrische en instrumentatie-installaties

Specifieke taken:

• Verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de elektrische en instrumentatiestatus van de installaties om contractuele leveringen te garanderen

• Verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de voorbereiding, veilige uitvoering en afsluiting van alle elektrische en instrumentatieactiviteiten op de fabriek GBI

• Methodisch onderzoek van productiestoringen, storingen, uitval of uitval om herhaling te voorkomen

• Elektrische en instrumentatiebeoordelingen van alle activiteiten voor onderhoud, projecten, modificaties en uitschakelingen, inclusief de beoordeling/voorbereiding van elektrische beveiligingsplannen om een veilige werkplek te bieden

• Draagt bij aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van de Shutdowns

• Uitvoeren van of assisteren bij het elektrisch beveiligen van productiesystemen/apparatuur voor onderhoud of andere activiteiten, inclusief het afsluiten en opstarten van de installatie of delen van de installatie (systemen)

• Zorgt ervoor dat alle elektrische en instrumentatieactiviteiten op een veilige manier worden uitgevoerd door middel van risicobeoordeling en passende mitigatiemaatregelen. Zorg voor een "veilige werkplek" met behulp van kwaliteitsvolle werkvergunningen (PTW), Assist & Assure en voer toezicht uit op leveranciers

• Uitvoeren van elektrische en instrumentatie Veiligheidsrondes en adresobservaties

• Bij uitzondering bereid om offshore locaties te reizen

Wat we van je nodig hebben

We zijn op zoek naar een zeer bekwaam en gemotiveerd persoon om ons team te versterken als Senior Operations Technician (E/I). Een succesvolle kandidaat beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties en attributen:

• MBO 4 (min) of gelijkwaardig in de richting Elektrotechniek/Instrumentatie

• Relevante operationele E/I ervaring in de petrochemie of olie en gasindustrie

• Ruime elektrische ervaring (Hoog en Laag spannings systemen) binnen Productie en Onderhoud. Let op: Om een Electrical "werkverantwoordelijke" aanstelling te krijgen voor de Laag- en Hoogspanningsinstallatie in de plants in Den Helder, dient de kandidaat in het bezit te zijn van de juiste certificaten en ervaring

• Installatiespecifieke kennis van de gasbehandelingsinstallatie GBI DHR

• Aan de FLBM-vereisten voor deze rol wordt voldaan voordat de taak begint

• Positieve houding en het vermogen om positiviteit bij anderen te stimuleren

• Goede interpersoonlijke, communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamspeler

• Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een must

• Nabijheid van de fabriek in Den Helder: De kandidaat moet binnen ongeveer 1 uur rijden van de fabriek in Den Helder wonen

Where you fit in

ONEgas East encompasses all offshore gas fields in the southern North Sea within the NAM. ONEgas is an important supplier to the Dutch gas market and provides a significant part of the local gas demand. ONEgas East is one of the largest and technically/commercially complex assets.

Geographically, NAM's operated asset covers the southern North Sea offshore in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom with various pipeline systems connecting to the Bacton gas plant in the United Kingdom or the Den Helder gas plant in the Netherlands. With an eye to the future, ONEgas/Den Helder is preparing for the opportunities of the energy transition in the (near) future.

The Den Helder Gas Treatment Plant (GBI) consists of 3 installations: Hical, Local, NOGAT and a common system for the treatment of natural gas condensate. In total, there are 9 gas treatment trains, condensate fractionation, storage and loading facilities (scaffolding), freon refrigeration units, H2S treatment, a local gas compressor, off-gas compressors and common utilities.

What’s the role?

As a Senior Operations Technician (E/I) specializing in electrical or instrumentation, you will play crucial role in safely performing electrical work (both high voltage and low voltage installations) and instrumentation tasks. You will conduct complex maintenance, inspection and testing work. In addition, you will supervise electrical and instrumentation-related activities of third parties at Den Helder plants of the GBI. All work is prepared and conducted in accordance with the regulations and applicable work instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Acts as role model for HSE behaviour including reporting/follow up from (potential) incidents and/or unsafe situations

• Responsible for the day-to-day electrical and instrumentation activities, the short- and long-term Integrity of all electrical and instrumentation installations

Specific Tasks:

• Responsible for monitoring the electrical and instrumentation status of the installations to ensure contractual deliveries

• Responsible for overseeing the preparation, safe execution and shutdown of all electrical and instrumentation activities at the GBI plant

• Methodical investigation of production breakdowns, breakdowns, outages or outages to prevent recurrence

• Electrical and instrumentation assessments of all maintenance, project, modification and shutdown activities, including the assessment/preparation of electrical protection plans to provide safe workplace

• Contributes to the preparation, execution and delivery of the Shutdowns

• Performing or assisting in the electrical protection of production systems/equipment for maintenance or other activities, including shutting down and starting up the plant or parts of the plant(s)

• Ensures that all electrical and instrumentation activities are conducted in a safe manner through risk assessment and appropriate mitigation measures. Provide a "safe workplace" using Quality Work Permits (PTW), Assist & Assure and supervise suppliers

• Performing electrical and instrumentation Safety rounds and address observations

• Exceptionally willing to travel offshore locations

What we need from you

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated person to join our team as Senior Operations Technician (E/I). The successful candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

• MBO 4 (min) or equivalent in the direction of Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation

• Relevant operational E/I experience in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry

• Extensive electrical experience (High and Low voltage systems) within Production and Maintenance. Please note: In order to obtain an Electrical "responsible for work" appointment for the Low and High Voltage installation in the plants in Den Helder, the candidate must be in possession of the correct certificates and experience.

• Installation-specific knowledge of the gas treatment plant GBI DHR

• The FLBM requirements for this role are met before the job begins

• Positive attitude and ability to encourage positivity in others

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and team player

• Proficiency in the Dutch language must have requirement

• Ideally the candidate must live within proximity to the factory at Den Helder within approximately 1 hour's drive
