About this role:
 

In the Discovery Domain of our Customer Pillar, we obsess over delivering a rewarding experience, delighting and empowering our customers through choice, be it usual or something new. Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders, we deliver capabilities that help our customers choose, and our commercial partners succeed.

In the Menu Value Stream, you will be vital in crafting and scaling a globalised menu experience, enabling customers to discover and customise items to empower everyday convenience effortlessly. The menu area is integral to the success of our product, as it influences customer perceptions, user satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of the service.

We're looking for someone with a passion for and a deep understanding of up-to-date product management practices who isn’t scared to roll up their sleeves and get things done! To be successful, you’ll need to be a motivated self-starter with business, operations and technology know-how.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• In alignment with the domain and organisational objectives, crafting your product’s vision for the next 6-12 months and ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Promoting and utilising product analytics, leading to data-informed decision-making.
• Implementing and improving product management principles and practices.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across JET to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What will you bring to the table?

• You're curious, practical, and focused on outcomes, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Product management experience in building B2C or B2B products with experience in leading medium to large projects with strategic importance. Experience in managing platform-like products is a plus.
• You have a deep understanding of and experience with modern product management concepts (dual-track product development, optimisation techniques and the ability to solve real-world customer problems).
• You are a team player and motivator who can influence others. You value the input from others, respect opinions that differ from your own, and have a positive impact on the people around you.
• You have sharp business judgement, are strong in logical and analytical thinking, and can easily separate signals from noise.
• You can effectively communicate complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way.
• You respond well to change, think laterally, and see change as an opportunity, not an obstacle. You work hard while identifying where "good enough" is the best outcome.
• Ability to develop deep subject matter knowledge and learn quickly.
• Proven experience leading an agile Scrum team and working on technical products.
• Technical Proficiency: Tech background or gained technical knowledge through previous experiences.
