For our client, I'm looking for a Junior Office Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Amsterdam office.
As the primary point of contact, you'll welcome both internal and external guests while managing a diverse array of tasks and events. Collaborating with fellow Office Assistants, you'll ensure seamless operations at the Reception Desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting internal and external visitors
- Managing telephone and email communications in Dutch and English
- Serving as the liaison for various suppliers and managing subscriptions
- Assisting in organizing office events alongside the Office Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO level in Hospitality
- 0-2 years of experience in roles such as Receptionist, Office Assistant, or Secretary within an international setting
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
