Manpower is looking for Receptionist for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
As a Receptionist, you will perform the following working activities:
- Answering the telephone (customers, companies and internal employees from other locations)
- Receiving and registering visitors or employees from other BSC locations
- Acceptance and processing of mail
- Support in certain activities and events and creating presentations
- Administrative tasks to support internal departments (spreadsheets)
- Support with expense reports and coordinating business travels
- Support with arranging meetings at our office
- Organizing and supporting internal events
- Flexible with regard to working hours in the event of colleague's absence
