What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern CMSO ISBN– Data and Analytics
Location: Alpharetta/Atlanta GA, USA
Expected Start Date: April/May 2024
Contract Duration: 6 months (Potential extension for 6 Months)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Investigate and resolve data related reporting issues with the goal to provide valuable business insights to our leadership team while offering more reporting functionalities to e.g. better understand a customer footprint
Analyze complex business use cases in preparation of supporting our peer teams in Sales and Marketing to drive demand generation
Meet, work and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world to establish a business network!
Understand and utilize internal SAP reporting systems and how all works together in a real business environment
Support our Market Awareness team in their daily business, thereby working closely with our reporting colleagues around us
Collect experience information from internal customers about our ISBN cloud products and how we are successful in the market
Analyze customer end-user data, draw conclusions, report your findings back to management
Support with user/customer research activities
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Currently enrolled in a University degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Business Administration or related areas
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills
Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the data issue
MS Excel and Powerpoint skills are required to be successful in this position – even better you already have some dev skills like SQL

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
