El Sales Support Specialist - Technical Sales Support

In this role, you will be the technical point person for our customers providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications.In this role, you will support local sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions.

Product Marketing Director

Your responsibilities

• Helping to prepare the technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions.
• Supporting the sales team by providing advice on technical solutions, products, systems and applications.
• Performing diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Contributing technical details and perspectives in at various stages, and delivering technical presentations, drawings and demonstrations of complex product issues.
• Serve channels (internal and external clients) Offering specialized training on products, solutions and services.
• Field visit to maintenance sectors, mines, among others.
• Training for clients in assembly areas.

Your background

• Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Electric Engineering or related.
• Two years of experience working in similar positions.
• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and some CRM.
• Experience working within Electrification field.
• Take initiative, Self-management, effective communication, resilience and Ability to work as a team.
• Intermediate to Advanced English skills.
• Availability to travel
