- Managing customer payment transactions.
- Collaborating with Procurement on product expansion.
- Mentoring and guiding the sales team, fostering market research.
- Supporting team growth, recruiting talent, and managing stakeholders.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated expertise in B2B Sales and Business Development spanning over 7 years, with a track record of driving commercial success.
- A keen interest in negotiation and deal closure, coupled with a proven ability to excel in these areas.
- Possesses robust leadership, management, and communication capabilities.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Proficient in utilizing digital CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot to streamline operations.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus
